Replacement Coverage

Your Vaayu Cricket leather cricket ball is eligible for a one-time replacement within 1 month from the date of purchase if:

• The seam of the cricket ball tears or separates due to a manufacturing defect under normal playing conditions.

If, after inspection, the issue is found to be a genuine manufacturing defect, Vaayu Cricket will replace the cricket ball with the same model or an equivalent product at its sole discretion.

Replacement Eligibility

To make a valid replacement claim, the following are mandatory:

• The original Vaayu Cricket branding and markings on the ball must be clearly identifiable.
• A valid purchase invoice or order receipt must be provided.

Replacement claims will not be accepted if either of the above is missing.

What Is Not Covered

This replacement policy does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use.
• Loss of shine, colour fading, or surface scuffing.
• Seam wear caused by prolonged use.
• Damage caused by rough surfaces, concrete, gravel, or non-cricket playing areas.
• Damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper storage.
• Ball deformation caused by excessive or improper use.
• Cuts, punctures, or damage caused by external objects.
• Water damage or exposure to excessive moisture.
• Any damage that is not related to a manufacturing defect in the seam.

How to Make a Replacement Claim

If you believe your cricket ball is eligible for replacement:

2. Share your purchase invoice or order receipt.
3. Provide clear photographs showing:

• The complete cricket ball
• The torn or damaged seam
• The Vaayu branding and markings on the ball
