Your Vaayu cricket bat is covered for 6 months from the date of purchase against the following manufacturing defects:

• Breakage through the middle (blade) of the bat due to a manufacturing defect.
• Handle breakage caused by a manufacturing defect.

If, after inspection, the issue is found to be a genuine manufacturing defect, Vaayu Cricket will repair or replace the bat at its sole discretion.

Warranty Eligibility

To make a valid warranty claim, the following are mandatory:

• The original Vaayu Cricket stickers must remain intact on the bat.
• A valid purchase invoice/order receipt must be provided.

Warranty claims will not be accepted if either of the above is missing.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper care.
• Damage due to yorkers, toe cracks, edge damage, surface cracks, or normal wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from improper knocking-in or inadequate bat preparation.
• Cosmetic marks, dents, scuffs, or discoloration from regular use.
• Alterations, repairs, or modifications carried out by anyone other than Vaayu Cricket.
• Damage caused by moisture, excessive heat, or improper storage.
• Any damage resulting from accidental impact or use beyond the intended purpose of the bat.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your bat is eligible for a warranty claim:

1. Contact the Vaayu Cricket Support Team.
2. Share your purchase invoice/order receipt.
3. Provide clear photographs of:

• The complete bat
• The damaged area
• The front and back of the bat
• The handle (if applicable)

1. Our team will review the claim and guide you through the next steps.
