Warranty Coverage

Your Vaayu Cricket batting gloves are covered for 1 month from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, including:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Stitching defects under normal playing conditions.
• Defects in finger protection or internal padding caused by manufacturing faults.
• Faulty wrist straps or Velcro closures due to manufacturing defects.

If, after inspection, the issue is determined to be a genuine manufacturing defect, Vaayu Cricket will repair or replace the product at its sole discretion.

Warranty Eligibility

To make a valid warranty claim, the following are mandatory:

• The original Vaayu Cricket product tags/branding must remain intact.
• A valid purchase invoice or order receipt must be provided.

Warranty claims will not be accepted if either of the above is missing.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use.
• Wear of the leather palm due to regular batting.
• Cosmetic damage such as stains, scratches, or discoloration.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper care.
• Cuts, tears, punctures, or damage caused by external impact.
• Damage resulting from improper storage or exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or direct sunlight.
• Alterations, repairs, or modifications carried out by anyone other than Vaayu Cricket.
• Damage caused by accidents or improper use.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your batting gloves are eligible for a warranty claim:
