Warranty Coverage
Your Vaayu Cricket Super saver combo is covered for 1 month from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, including:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Stitching defects under normal playing conditions.
- Defects in protection or internal padding caused by manufacturing faults.
If, after inspection, the issue is determined to be a genuine manufacturing defect, Vaayu Cricket will repair or replace the product at its sole discretion.
Warranty Eligibility
To make a valid warranty claim, the following are mandatory:
- A valid purchase invoice or order receipt must be provided.
Warranty claims will not be accepted if either of the above is missing.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper care.
- Cuts, tears, punctures, or damage caused by external impact.
- Damage resulting from improper storage or exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or direct sunlight.
- Alterations, repairs, or modifications carried out by anyone other than Vaayu Cricket.
- Damage caused by accidents or improper use.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your products are eligible for a warranty claim:
- Contact the Vaayu Cricket Support Team.
- Share your purchase invoice or order receipt.
- Provide clear photographs of:
- The complete 360 view of all products
- The damaged area
- Any product labels or branding
- Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.
